The menu structure of Gedcom Builder is quite simple with only two (2) main menu groups being:

•File

•Help

The creation of Gedcom files is conducted wholly within the File menu, and this is managed through the following options:

•Load spreadsheet
Enables the loading of a spreadsheet into the application

•Create Gedcom file
Generates the Gedcom file and saves it to disk

•Create load sheet
Generates a spreadsheet specifically formatted to be read by Gedcom Builder

•Empty database
Clears all information stored in the database

In addition there is a menu option Preferences which provides a number of configuration options.

The Help menu offers five (5) choices:

•User Guide
This option with cause this document to display within a web browser.

•Support
This option will open the Gedcom Builder support page at www.ausgen.com where a Frequently Ask Questions section is available for reference.

•Register
Causes the Registration dialog to display allowing for the entry of licensing information.

•Purchase
This option will open the default Web browser at the Asugen Online Store

•About
Provides details related to version information, license status and where to contact Ausgen Family History Services
